SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders for in stock merchandise are processed within 2 business days of receipt of your order, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS ground.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, occasionally due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, a member from our customer service team will notify you and if the material is still available then that item will ship within 3-4 weeks, if a fabric is no longer available then the item will be cancelled from your order with no charge.

Payments can be made online using the following methods:
Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, not including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to California.
We offer USPS Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States. Please see below for shipping rates. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or International please contact us at email@example.com for additional shipping rate charges.
Flat Rate USPS Shipping Charges are based upon the quantity of Arm Sleeves you order. We currently only ship within the Contiguous United States:

FREE Shipping – When you purchase more then 10 pairs of Moeben Arm Sleeves
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you live in any of these territories and we will contact you back with the shipping cost before your order can be processed.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags fully attached.
Please note any items marked Final Sale on the website cannot be returned or exchanged. Moeben Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Once we receive your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days to process your return. We will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email once your return has been processed. Upon approval a refund will be issued in the same form as the initial payment. Please be advised that it may take 5-12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
To Process A Return:
Please email email@example.com to notify us of your return. Please include your full name, order number, address and email in the return shipment. This is needed to process the return, and without this information your refund may be delayed. We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged return shipments.
