Hi, I’m Shannon, Thanks for choosing Moeben Sleeves. I made them for you, although at first I made them for myself. I’ve always been a tomboy enjoying my childhood in the Southern California sun. My life has always consisted of being in the outdoors, whether hiking, skate boarding, gardening, and riding horses, to running marathons. And then in my thirties, I started running ultra marathons with 100 mile races that can take you from the desert heat to the snow packed mountains and back again. Naturally, climate extremes can take a toll on your body. In 2004, during my Western States 100 mile endurance run, I noticed a lesion on my arm. Fortunately that one was benign, but it motivated me to start thinking about preventive skin care, and that’s how Moeben started. Named after my two older sons Moe and Ben, Moeben Sleeves is about providing protection, style, and comfort for the outdoor enthusiast. Please contact me with your comments and suggestions.
